I Need A Little Blog Design Help, Recommendations?

Are any of you blog designers? Do you have recommendations for someone good? I like the look of my blog, but I need some help with the header, a button, 3 columns and numbered comments. Let me know if you know someone with a scrapbook(y)style!

    There's a company called Designer Blogs that does a great job. They focus primarily on blogspot hosted blogs. You can visit their website at http://www.designerblogs.com/ to see what they do. I didn't use them (I'm on Wordpress) but I know Ashlei at http://http://www.coupondealsandsteals.blogspot.com/ used them. They could probably come up with something you like.

    My sister designs blogs and does a great job! her email is melissabastow@hotmail.com. Her button is on my page also with a bird on it.
