DownEast 20th Anniversary Sale

DownEast is celebrating 20 years with a $13 and under sale. It is going on now through October 8th in the parking lot of the Provo store.

I know DownEast has a lot of clothing fans out there. This is probably a good opportunity to stock up. I love their long shirts and would like to stock up on those! I hope that they bring the sale to Salt Lake.

Target Sale

I went to my favorite store, Target, tonight and was surprised to find 75% off signs everywhere I went. Bedding, bedding sets, bath, summer toys, a few back to school items, the dollar section, electronics....There was a lot and I purchased quite a bit. As I was checking out, the cashier remarked that I had found some good things. I mentioned that I was surprised to find so much on sale and she said that it had just gone on sale at some point today. Target stores seem to vary from place to place, but it wouldn't hurt to check out the one nearest you!

City Pockets: A Great Way to Organize All of Your "Daily Deals"! It's Free and Get a $10 Credit to BuyWithMe.

City Pockets is a new website that actually tracks all of your Daily Deal purchases for you. It is a free site and if you sign up for City Pockets this week, you get a $10 credit to BuyWithMe.com (like Groupon).
City Pockets has a mobile app that actually maps out all of your deals for you and lets you know which deals you have to spend nearest your current location! It also has a section to sell any of your daily deal purchases that you no longer want. You can set up reminders so that you don't forget to use your deals before they expire.
I just found out about City Pockets, but I can't wait to import all of my deals and keep them in one location. I just signed up for my account. It's free and I get a $10 credit for free. You can't complain about that!

The DVD also features "Phantom of the Auditorium," a frightening story about a young actress who is thrilled after winning the lead in the school play...until the nightmares begin as there is talk of a real phantom who has haunted the auditorium for years.

Next, Ghost Beach includes "The Barking Ghost" and follows Cooper Holmes, a young man who is scared of just about everything. His father says he is the only kid to scare himself on Halloween! But as he moves into a new house, this time Cooper is not just scared of his own shadow. Too bad she isn't more careful as now Sam's wishes are turning her life into a living nightmare! Lastly, "Ghost Beach" focuses on Jerry, who is thrilled by the prospect of exploring the dark, eerie old cave he discovered down by the beach. Valco Quad on Shnoop Today for $198

The Valco Quad stroller is on Shnoop today for $198. Retail is $500. I don't have experience with the Quad model, but when I was buying my stroller I had narrowed it down to the Valco Tri-Mode or the Mountain Buggy. I ended up buying the Mountian Buggy because I found a better deal, but if I had found this deal.... According the Valco, this stroller has all of the great features of the tri-mode and more. It can also accomodate the doubles seat to turn it into a double. If you need a stroller, or just want a new one, look into the Valco.

My daughter LOVES Busytown Mysteries and I think Candyland will be fun to see. We need to hurry and get to see these this weekend before August is gone.

Gap Kids (Baby) Jeans 5 Pair for $60

I went to Kids Gap yesterday to take advantage of their $15 jeans. I headed to the register with 3 pair. The cashier let me know that if I bought one more pair, I could get a pair free. I grabbed 1 more pair and now have until October to select a free pair. Apparently, the have a buy 4 get one free punch card that you can use along with the $15 jeans promotion. I love Gap Jeans for my kids and you can't beat $60 for 5 pair!

If you are in Utah, the families section of Living Social is offering 1 adult and 1 child membership for $18. I believe that 1 adult membership is usually twenty something, so this is a good price. Last time they offered this deal it sold out. I ordered early this time!
