This month Kidtoons Theaters are featuring the movie Candyland: The Great Lollipop Adventure! The classic board game has been turned into a movie. There will also be a bonus short feature The Busytown Mysteries: The Vanishing Vehicle Mystery.

Here's the synopsis for Candyland: The Great Lollipop Adventure:
Jib, the youngest of all the gingerbread boys is about to go on the adventure of his young life... to bring Mama's special gingerbread icing to Candy Castle for the Sweet Celebration, a festival that ushers in the sweet new candies of Spring. And all Jib has to do is stay on the Rainbow Path, follow his heart, and be on time. But on his way, Jib meets Mr. Mint in the Peppermint Forest and the most fun-loving fellow in all of Candy Land. Jib tries to stay on schedule, but Mr. Mint has other, much more fun ideas!

My daughter LOVES Busytown Mysteries and I think Candyland will be fun to see. We need to hurry and get to see these this weekend before August is gone.

Kidtoons Strawberry Shortcake Prize Pack Giveaway

This month, Kidtoons is featuring one of my childhood favorites, Strawberry Shortcake. Kidtoons theaters are showing The Strawberry Shortcake Movie: Sky's the Limit during the month of April. If you haven't yet been to a Kidtoons movie, you can check participating theaters near you here. They are always adding more theaters, so if you haven't checked in a while it wouldn't hurt to look again.

Kidtoons November Movie and Care Bears Prize Pack Giveaway!

It's a new month, which means it is time for a new Kidtoons film. This month's feature is Care Bears: Share Bear Shines.
"It's time for the Twinklets' migration over Care A Lot, but the Bears wait all night without spotting any Twinklets. When a single Twinklet appears and falls to the ground, Share decides to take matters into her own hands. The other Bears are skeptical about the existence of the mythical Princess Starglo, but Share is convinced that the Princess can solve the mystery of the missing Twinklets. So, with the lone Twinklet (now called Gleamer), Share sets off secretly to find Princess Starglo. When Share and Gleamer reach Glitter City and find the Princess, things are worse than they thought. Spookley the Square Pumpkin Prize Pack Giveaway!
